Privacy and contact policy
Why you may have heard from us
We send commercial messages to businesses whose contact details are published on their own website for the purpose of being contacted about their business. Under the Australian Spam Act 2003 that is inferred consent. Every message we send identifies IVNautomation and Ivan Talosig as the sender and carries a working opt-out link.
What we hold
Business contact information published on a company website — business name, business email address, business phone number, website address and location — together with publicly visible information about the systems that website uses. We do not buy contact lists, we do not harvest personal contact details from social platforms, and we do not collect information about individuals in a personal capacity.
Opting out
Use the opt-out link in any message you have received from us, or email business@ivnautomation.xyz. Opt-outs are actioned immediately and permanently: the record is flagged, any queued message is cancelled, and the address is never contacted again.
Access, correction and deletion
Email business@ivnautomation.xyz to ask what we hold about your business, to correct it, or to have it deleted entirely. We will action deletion requests rather than merely suppressing them if that is what you prefer.
Client data
Where we build and operate systems for a client, data in those systems belongs to the client. It is held on infrastructure the client controls or that we operate on their behalf, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for any purpose other than running that client's system.
